Very Good

As always very good

Unfortunately the 2 female reception ladies didn't speak.a word of English and didn't understand that I had paid by Bank transfer several days ago despite me showing them my confirmation copy until another staff member came to sort them out! As sure you know I am a regular customer so very surprising but as usual.I enjoyed my stay.

Very Good

The ease of preparing your own breakfast and the facilities were available 24hrs a day to use the microwave and coffee machine.

The shower room in room 403 on this visit was in very poor order, needs a good scrub and the holder for your own shower bottle repaired.

The Wi-Fi signal in room 401 repeatedly came up on screen saying weak signal!

Friendly staff. Breakfast Bar was available all day to heat up.your own food.

Taxi's called by the reception staff for me never turn on their meters.That is ILLEGAL. I am a frequent visitor to this hotel staying at least every 3weeks.!!!!!!

I am a frequent visitor as the staff are so friendly and cooperative as I travel alone and being 84yfs old need help.

Can't think of anything other than no power supply on the only place to work with my laptop!

Microwave, and coffee facilities are available 24, hrs. in. the breakfast facility. Always very clean everywhere in the hotel.

Not many of the staff spoke English, especially in Reception..

Pleasant

Very convenient location.

The bedsheet is used from the old guest and didn’t change for a new arrival guest. However the rates is cheap but the management should pay attention into satisfaction of the guest. Over all everything is okay , staff help to change to a new bedsheet.

Great location right across of Robinson mall

Common area and bathroom are not very clean Some amenities were not refilled Breakfast was not so good and some of the food(bread, juice) and items(dish, glass, fork) were slow to be resupplied or not at all

Hop Inn with breakfast and a better location....

The check-in was painless. The location of the hotel was convenient for Robinson's shopping complex and a few local bars. The room was clean and comfortable. We even had 2 pillows each! The breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Basically this is virtually identical to Hop Inn but in a better location.

The bed was smaller than I am used to, especially when sharing with girlfriend. I would go as far as to say that it is too small. In the buffet, as ever, the eggs and sausages were cold, but at least there was a microwave.

The location of the property is good

The hotel doesn’t provide toothbrushes which is a basic. They asked me to buy the toothbrush from the seven-eleven located outside.

Good value for money.

Breakfast was good enough for the price. Location is good as it is near shopping center and some restaurants, but not so good as it is not in walking distance tot he city center (market). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Being far away from the city center is a problem in a town where there is no Grab and the taxis have to be called 15 minutes in advance and won't use their meters.
